Pacific Douglas is another area in South Surrey that has seen partial redevelopment over the past decade. “Summerfield” is one of the newest communities built in the Pacific Douglas area. This newly built neighbourhood spans between 0 and 4th avenue and 172nd to 174th street. Since completion in 2012, there have been several other subdivisions and strata communities built around the Summerfield subdivision to create a family oriented area with some of South Surrey’s most affordable housing options.

Pacific Douglas is accessible via Highways 99 and 91 if you’re coming from or going to Greater Vancouver, or by Highway 15 via Highway 10 from or to Surrey, Cloverdale, Langley and the rest of the Fraser Valley. There are also rural roads available, should you desire a more scenic route.
