Morgan Creek offers a diversity of housing options, amenities and entertainment. The Morgan Creek neighbourhood originally started around 1994 with a major subdivision of executive homes surrounding the Morgan Creek Golf Course, in the most northern rural area of South Surrey. This community had a vision for larger lots and high-end homes that would match the caliber of The Morgan Creek Golf Course.
With interest drawn to the area, housing expanded out from the Morgan Creek subdivision to form Rosemary Heights, a neighbourhood with a mixture of condominiums, townhouses, gated communities and detached homes on smaller lots. The Morgan Creek and Rosemary Heights neighbourhood offers quick transportation access for commuters looking to leave South Surrey. It is just a short distance to Highways 99 and 91 to and from the Greater Vancouver area and Highways 10 and 15 for commuters to Surrey, Langley and the rest of the Fraser Valley.
Morgan Creek and Rosemary Heights is positioned close to the Grandview neighbourhood and all of the amenities it offers, including fashion shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, fitness facilities and many businesses. It is also a short distance to the South Point Shopping Centre which contains more fashion shops, grocery and hardware stores and popular restaurants such as The Keg and Cactus Club Cafe. If you feel like enjoying the outdoors in any season, you can visit the Rosemary Heights Park or Morgan Creek Park with your family, or catch a round of golf at the award winning Morgan Creek Golf Course.
